The obverse die was cut in 1865, the reverse in 1864.  Both dies are believed to have been destroyed by Bolen.

An Au/Unc example sold for $610 on EBAY in 2006.  An NGC-62 piece sold for $558 in the January 2015 Hayden auction, lot 638.  A Defective Uncirculated piece (bent), misidentified in a NGC holder as a JAB-12, sold on EBAY for $389 in September 2016.
