Mule JAB M-12 EAGLE ON GLOBE / ARMS OF NEW YORK Copper 27mm - 5 Struck This mule is one of the varieties struck by Bolen. It consists of the reverse of JAB-36 muled with the reverse of JAB-37. Both dies were cut in 1869. They were defaced and given to the Boston Numismatic Society. They are currently unaccounted for. The example pictured is Bolen's personal copy. It is edge marked "B 5 STRUCK" and was acquired in the November 2021 Stacks Bowers sale.
