Medal is not listed in British Historical Medals. It does exhibit the obverse of BHM #3532 and the reverse of BHM#3585
obverse has Diademed veiled bust left surrounded by the Emblems of the British Empire and the reverse maps of the countries with a Biography of Significant dates
